You will work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve production processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the quality management systemConduct internal and external audits according to ISO and VDA 6.3 standardsDefine control plans using methodologies like P-FMEAAnalyze production data to identify improvement areasCollaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issuesAssist in drafting operational instructionsTrain personnel on quality processes and proceduresInterface with suppliers to ensure standards are metManage non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actionsPrepare reports and lead the company''s quality meetingsCandidate ProfileDegree in Engineering or technical disciplines, or solid experience in the roleExperience in the metalworking sector, preferably automotiveKnowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF standardsCertification in conducting ISO 9001 audits (preferred)Ability to conduct VDA 6.3 auditsProficiency in EnglishWhat We OfferPermanent contractSalary aligned with experienceOngoing training and developmentDynamic environment focused on qualityAll advertisements are directed at both genders (L.903/77).
