This includes working on a list of new sites and upgrades as defined in the Planning phase (High Level Design HLD).He/She will also be accountable for obtaining permits from local authorities, ensuring compliance with local and national legislations.The activity must consider and comply with:Priorities and monthly allocations defined in the Planning phaseElectromagnetic field limits according to sector regulations per marketProcedures, timing, and constraints of national legislation in the TLC sector across countriesGuidelines on hardware configurations and architectural solutions from the Engineering team for different vendorsTechnical feasibility based on structural constraints and restrictions imposed by regulationsAgreements with the Tower Company owning the infrastructureOther tenants on the structure, related deployment plans, and agreements with Tower-Company ownersHe/She will coordinate with the Deployment Services Team on logistics, third-party management, and purchase orders.Ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs related to deployment services for Rx/Tx is essential.Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:Contribute to standardization and digitalization of network deployment processes and automation effortsDesign detailed architectural and structural plans (LLD) for the mobile access network deployment (Rx and Tx)Manage permit requests with local authorities, exercising power of attorney where appropriateManage professional firms for architectural and structural design servicesManage system integrators to define feasible projects within budgetCoordinate with Tower Companies and tenants to ensure development plan harmonizationEnsure quality KPIs are met for the mobile Rx and Tx networkDesign and manage activities for special events requiring dedicated coverage or capacity increasesDesign and manage dedicated coverage for locations like hospitals, shopping centers, stations, airports, and business clientsCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:Deep knowledge of 2G/4G/5G technologies, microwave, and fiber connectivity solutionsUnderstanding of access network counters and KPIs for service qualityExperience in architectural and structural design (LLD) for 2G/4G/5G, MW, and FTTx networksExperience in designing 4G/5G dedicated coverage systems, including cost optimizationKnowledge of national legislation on electromagnetic fields and telecom installationsProficiency with tools like SUAP portal and others for permits and regulation complianceExperience dealing with public administrations and regulators for permitsKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislationExperience in the telecommunications market across countriesExperience working in multi-matrix organizations and managing third partiesLeadership skills in managing human resources and cross-functional teamsAbility to adapt to changing markets and contextsExcellent stakeholder communication and mediation skillsMust-have technical/professional qualifications:Degree in telecommunications or related fieldAt least 5-10 years of experience within the Network function#J-18808-Ljbffr
