We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the integration and implementation of Salesforce CRM & CPQ with external systems.
This role will focus on maintaining data integrity and developing scalable and optimized solutions in the telecommunications domain. Provide leadership and direction to a team of developers, consultants and technical professionals, driving the technical vision for integrating systems, ensuring data integrity, and creating scalable solutions
Design and develop the core architecture for complex solutions
Develop and maintain architecture designs that serve as references for test cases, training materials, and documentation
Advise on best practices for Salesforce architecture and ensure adherence to out-of-the-box functionality
Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to ensure IT strategies are aligned with the organization''s mission and accurately reflect stakeholders'' needs
Educate and advocate for the adoption of new frameworks and best practices within technology departments, promoting innovative solution designs that meet business objectives
Oversee and manage technological risks, making informed decisions in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure smooth translation of design concepts into operational IT solutions
Proficient experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture
Proven track record of leading large, technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar domains
Strong expertise in designing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms
Extensive experience and expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, understanding capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Billing, Subscription Management, and Contracts
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot platform limitations and translate business needs into viable technical solutions
Strong communication skills in bothwritten and spokenEnglish (B2+), capable of effectively interacting with different managerial levels, development teams, and other stakeholders
Conga (Composer, Sign, CLM)/DocuSign and Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional credential
