You'll be joining our Nordic Headquarters in Solna, a brandnew space where nearly 100 employees collaborate across Commercial, Brand Marketing, and Business support functions. As part of our North Europe Cluster, uniting the Nordics, UK, and Benelux, we work as one team driven by a shared passion for Sport and Fashion. What you'll do:The difference you will make:As Senior Manager Strategic Accounts, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand strategy to life across assigned Nordic accounts. You'll build sustainable customer partnerships, shape strategic account plans and lead the team to deliver strong commercial results through close cross-functional collaboration. A day in the life:

• Create strong, long-term and sustainable partnerships with assigned Nordic accounts,
• Develop and deliver strategic account plans that support brand and commercial priorities. 
• Manage and drive a clear go to market-process with the account teams for each season, together with the GTM team and other relevant cross-functional departments.
• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with other relevant functions.
• Drive accurate forecasting and follow up on commercial performance. 
• Lead and develop the team consisting of Key Account managers
• Report directly to Commercial Director

• A strong passion for our brand and products is essential.
• More than five years of sales experience and the ability to think and plan strategically. 
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, combined with knowledge of the Sports & Lifestyle marketplace. 
• The ability to lead teams and work effectively across functions.
• Fluent English is required; an additional Nordic language is preferred. 
• A university degree in business with a marketing and sales focus is preferred.
