What Youll Do:
Lead group accounting & consolidation
under IFRS/local GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Manage treasury operations

Oversee tax compliance
globally, leading filings, planning, and structuring efforts across all jurisdictions.
Establish robust financial controls

Drive strategic financial planning (FP&A)
budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights that inform business decisions.
Identify and manage financial risks
, developing mitigation strategies in partnership with executive leadership.
Serve as a key contact
for internal and external financial stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and investors.
Lead systems and process improvements
optimizing ERP and consolidation tools, and digitizing finance workflows.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
across multiple regions, fostering growth and accountability.
Align finance with business strategy

What You Bring:
7+ years of progressive finance experience
, including leadership roles in complex, fast-paced environments.
A
Bachelors or Masters degree
in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Solid command of
IFRS and local GAAP
, with exposure to
international group structures
a strong plus.
Expertise across key areas:
consolidation, treasury, tax compliance, and internal controls
.
Proven ability to collaborate with
auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
.
Strong
analytical mindset
, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in
ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
; youre comfortable with digital finance environments.
A professional finance designation such as
CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant
is preferred.
Experience supporting or leading
M&A transactions
is a valuable advantage.
