You are responsible of : The Store, the overal look and maintenance of the location,representing the luxury & elegance of the brand. Theorganization of the shop floor & back office space in anefficient & comfortable way Managing the deliveries with acorresponding unpacking, quality check & stock procedures Managing the reservations/orders in store, weborders, emails, phonecalls, etc The planning of the team to guarantee an efficientstaffing & 7/7 opening from 10:30-18:30. Mastering allprocedures in store, cash procedures, administration, exchanges,press loanings, etc The monitoring of the footflow and come upwith ideas to increase traffic in store. Guaranteeing a superblevel of service in store, offering Clients a unique personalmoment in store, pursuing for each person entering the store orreaching out to us by email/call to deliver, an impeccable Clientexperience following the Britt Van Driessche Client experienceguidelines. Regular stock takes, stock level of packaging,supplies, etc Bringing ideas for Clienteling actions, events,mailings to increase the traffic in store & online Reachingambitious sales targets through active clienteling & personalstyling approach Making suggestions for marketing activities& online activities/post to increase our visibility &attractivity with potential clients. Passing qualitative productrelated feedback to Britt in order to adapt upcoming productions/launches The image of the Brand in Brussels/Belgium & shouldrepresent at all times the brands values of Craftsmanship, Luxury,a Positive, colorful Mindset #Happytocarry. Staying up-to-dateabout fashion & luxury segment in Belgium &internationally. Keeping good & professional contacts withthe Gallery & other luxury brands, in prospecting ideas orcollaborations for the future.
