The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order progress, monitoring suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries in complex and structured projects.ResponsibilitiesAccurate monitoring of order progress for materials, equipment, and services with suppliers.Continuous follow-up with suppliers to verify production, testing, packaging, and shipping status.Updating project milestones related to procurement.Identifying potential issues or delays in the supply chain.Preparing and updating expediting reports (e.g., status reports, delivery schedules).Coordinating with the procurement team on contractual or logistical updates.Verifying and controlling technical documentation and certifications required for shipping.Supporting logistics activities related to pickup and transportation coordination.Participating in project meetings, including with the final client, to update on delivery status.Interfacing with quality control for organizing inspections at suppliers.RequirementsPrevious experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain roles within Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.Familiarity with EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).Knowledge of purchasing flows and international supply dynamics.Proficiency with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.Fluent in English (minimum B2), both spoken and written.Precision, assertiveness, and ability to manage urgencies and critical issues.OfferPermanent contract under the Metalmeccanico CCNL.Opportunities for horizontal and/or vertical growth within the company.Daily meal vouchers of 8 euros.Bonuses linked to company growth.This advertisement is addressed to all genders, in accordance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in compliance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
