The Sales & Marketing team of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection for a global leader in industrial application solutions, looking for a:
SALES AREA MANAGER NORD EST (rubber hoses market and products)
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned business area, ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with the companys objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Organizational Management
- Ensure a successful and profitable business in the assigned market
- Review and evaluate business performance
- Implement company policies and ensure proper execution
Entrepreneurial Responsibility, Finance & Controlling
- Lead the business to achieve budget targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Analyze market trends, sales, turnover, and contribution margins
- Define product portfolio requirements
Strategy Development
- Implement the sales strategy by customer segment
- Monitor the market and competition (market intelligence)
- Support strategic programs (e.g., "Partner of Choice", customer/product portfolio management)
Customer Relations and Representation
- Acquire new customers and manage contracts/business proposals
- Conduct commercial negotiations aligned with the segment strategy
- Maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to compliance standards
- Escalate specific customer requests or issues
- Align customer demands with corporate policies
- Represent the business to key stakeholders, customers, industry groups, and government bodies
- Attend customer events and exhibitions on behalf of the Segment/BU
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (business administration, engineering, or equivalent)
- Min. 3 years experience in Sales or Account Management
- Knowledge of the rubber hoses market and products
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Residence in Veneto area
