Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Scientist in Quality Assurance to join our diverse team in Lengnau. This role requires a background in Pharma manufacturing, Engineering, or Life Sciences, and a proven track record in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee GMP aspects of qualification activities, ensuring quality of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations during qualification processes.
• Review and approve qualification activities and documentation.
• Lead issue assessments related to qualification, working with Manufacturing, QC, Engineering, and other departments.
• Enhance quality standards for systems and manufacturing areas.
• Support inspections and address identified gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge management within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma manufacturing.
• Proficiency working with multicultural and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English; German knowledge is a plus.
