Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant with Minum 5+ years of experience to support strategic initiatives through process improvement and workflow optimization. The consultant will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes to drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes using BPM methodologies.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to redesign and implement optimized workflows.
- Facilitate process modeling and documentation using BPM tools and techniques.
- Lead or support change management initiatives related to process transformation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new or modified processes.
