Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the global Business Development (BD) function. Lead Coach Manage and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA, setting clear goals and creating scalable career paths. # Build Pipeline Design and execute scalable, datadriven prospecting programs that consistently deliver qualified meetings and netnew ARR.# Align CrossFunctionally Work closely with Marketing on campaign strategy and with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and high conversion.# Your success will be measured in pipeline sourced, conversion rates, and the development of a worldclass BD team.
