About the job Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Own & implement Learning & Development solutions, frameworks and tools to equip managers and HR teams to effectively develop their people, resulting in stronger leadership and high-performing teams. Create, deploy and facilitate learning journeys to elevate the capabilities of our people helping the business grow through an even more capable and efficient workforce. Ensure that learning initiatives whether internal or with external partners deliver measurable results, to drive real improvements in employee performance and business outcomes. Influence HR leaders and managers to adopt innovative Learning & Development strategies, create a culture that prioritizes employee development and aligns with long-term business objectives. Provide insights on industry trends and local feedback to co-shape the Learning & Development strategy, ensuring that programs proactively address emerging business needs and keep the company agile and competitive. Consult on psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback to enable leaders to make informed decisions that enhance team performance and collaboration. Develop creative ideas and Learning & Development solutions to shape HR projects and contribute to improving talent retention and overall organizational development. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: A university degree in HR Management or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, including online & F2F facilitation and project management, with expertise in leveraging psychometric assessments. In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Learning & Development trends, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and innovative approaches. Experience in the retail sector is a significant advantage. Accountability and ownership of commitments, with a disciplined, goal-oriented approach. Ability to translate complex HR and business concepts into clear, learner-friendly solutions. Ownership mentality with integrity, persistence, and focus on business objectives. Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, fast-paced environments, able to meet evolving business needs & eager to leverage technology/AI for L&D solutions. Growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
