Benefit Implementation/Administrator Work Type: Remotefrom Italy (Full time) Contract: 3 months Job Responsibilities: -Be responsible for the benefits administration for clientsemployees located in EMEA region, create, define and maintainprocess documentation - Resolves cases and enter benefits data inthe system for our clients employees - Collaborates with theclient to resolve requests they may have related to a project or anescalated employee issue - Provides input in the process design andtechnology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from abenefits perspective - Contributes to projects utilizing standardproject management disciplines - Works daily with other colleagues,third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamlessprocess delivery for our clients employees - Works on reportsutilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rulesand/or resolve issues. - Works with Excel Calculation sheets -Problem solves issues by analyzing system data to determine gaps infunctionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at thetrue root cause of an issue. - Demonstrates quality assurancefundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rulesmeet systematic specifications - Provides creative solutions tocontinuously improve and optimize client delivery - Participates insystem testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supportingUser Acceptance Testing, as required - Takes an active part inProcess Transition from client to office, as required Requirements- English Language C1 Level is required (CEFR scale orequivalent) - At least 3 year of experience in BenefitsAdministration/HR Administration/Payroll area - Extensiveanalytical and problem-solving skills - Experience inimplementations and process documentation creation - High levelexposure in fast paced environment - Great Time management skills -Experience in MS Office is a must - Very good knowledge of MS Excel- Working experience in Benify/Benifex system or SHARP (SAP HR)would be an asset - Experience in implementing benefits for France,UK, Belgium or Romania is an asset - Spotless record and strongethos"
