Are you a passionate and seasoned sales professional? Can you drive sales growth through strategic key account management in Poland and the Baltics? As a true sales tiger, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and cultivating strategic key accounts in the Poland and the Baltics. Your expertise in building and nurturing relationships and exceptional sales skills will be crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Account Development: Identify, prioritize, and target key accounts in alignment with company goals and market segments. Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to understand their needs Sales Strategy and Execution: Utilize a proactive and innovative approach to identify and create new sales opportunities within key accounts. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable sales deals Market Analysis and Insights: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product development, marketing, and business strategies. Foster long-lasting, trust-based relationships with key accounts through regular communication, exceptional customer service, and responsiveness to their needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Sales Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and progress toward goals using CRM systems and reporting tools. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue quotas, and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role in the Poland / Baltics region, with a focus on key account management and new business development. Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
