We are looking for a bilingual customer advisor (Croatian + English) to join our team remotely in Greece. Start date: as soon as possible.Your role as a bilingual customer advisor:Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customersMaintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services databaseEnsure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaint escalation policyEnsure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriatelyTroubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system trainingOffer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questionsWorking hours:Monday to Friday: 10:00 am 6:30 pm (Greek time)Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am 7:30 pm (Greek time)40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)Please note: remote work is allowed only within Greece. You will receive a desktop for work purposes.
