Your role at DynatraceIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and long-term managed services. Dynatrace Services provides comprehensive training through classroom, virtual learning, self-study, and field observation activities to prepare new consultants for success. After training, consultants are expected to represent Dynatrace professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction through effective communication. You will act as a product expert and trusted advisor in Digital Transformation.Responsibilities:Monitor critical application performance and availability for clients.Review and summarize performance trends during operations meetings.Assist clients in troubleshooting and diagnosing performance issues.Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users.Onboard applications for monitoring and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform and best practices.Promote adoption of the Dynatrace Platform within customer environments.Provide regular status updates and documentation during customer engagements.Assist sales teams in identifying new opportunities for products and services.Ensure the health of the clients Dynatrace deployment and update software as needed.Keep deployment documentation accurate and up-to-date.Travel Requirements:Most engagements are at a single client location and may not require travel.
