How you make it count
As a Compliance Manager - Digital Compliance, you will oversee client projects and lead key compliance initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital compliance solutions and financial crime prevention.
Here''s what your role will include:
- Digital Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement digital compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
- Technology Integration: Advise clients on the use of compliance tools, regtech solutions, and AI-driven monitoring systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial sector regulations such as AML, KYC, PSD3, MiFID II, DORA, AMLD6, and GDPR, providing strategic guidance on compliance obligations.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients interpret complex regulations and implement sustainable compliance strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering expertise in digital compliance and regulatory technology.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of regulatory trends, innovations, and digital transformation in compliance, sharing insights with clients and internal tea
What do you bring to the table?
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years in compliance, regulatory advisory, or financial crime prevention, with exposure to digital compliance solutions.
- Educational Background: Masters degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CIPP/E, CFE) are a plus.
- Digital Mindset: Strong understanding of compliance technology, regtech solutions, and digital transformation in regulatory frameworks.
- Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of key financial sector regulations, including PSD3, MiFID II, DORA, AMLD6, and GDPR.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them effectively in a digital landscape.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience managing compliance projects and guiding clients through regulatory changes.
- Communication & Influence: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English for seamless client and team collaboration.
