What Youll Be Doing
- Prospecting Powerhouse: Target biotech/pharma innovators from Reykjavik to Athensidentify needs, pitch our consultative edge, and lock in new mandates.
- Pipeline Architect: Build and nurture a robust funnel of contract rolesturning cold calls into hot opportunities for our consultants.
- Relationship Alchemist: Forge C-level partnerships that not only drive immediate temp placements but also plant seeds for future permanent hires.
- Work hand-in-glove with our delivery team align on skillsets, market demands, and timing, while staying in close contact with our consultants to ensure theyre continuously placed and engaged. That way, no swan ever goes unfoundor unemployed.
Who You Are
- Contract BD Virtuoso: 3+ years selling temp/recruitment services into biotech or adjacent life science verticals across Europe.
- Network Navigator: Deep contacts at biotech firms, CROs, and pharma hubsplus the hustle to expand it daily.
- Goal-Crushing Mindset: Revenue targets inspire you; pipelines excite you; closing deals fuels you.
- Zero-Ego Team Player: Youre fierce on the phone and in negotiationsbut humble enough to learn, adapt, and share your wins.
