What Youll Do:
Own & Optimize SuccessFactors P&G + Recruiting
Manage system configurations, updates, and best practices.
Be the Problem-Solver
Review, prioritize, and resolve incidents, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
Collaborate & Innovate
Work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and SAP to enhance system performance.
Lead Digital HR Projects
Drive initiatives that improve processes and user experience.
Train & Empower Users
Provide support and training to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Keep Systems Future-Ready
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP updates and certifications.
Ensure Compliance & Best Practices
Maintain documentation, system records, and change logs.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience:
3+ years working with
SAP SuccessFactors (P&G + Recruiting) . Education:
Bachelors degree in
HR, IT, or a related field . Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
SuccessFactors configuration, administration, and integrations . Project Delivery:
Experience working with
nearshore/offshore teams
and managing vendors. Problem-Solving Mindset:
Youre proactive, resilient, and love finding smart solutions. Communication & Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Languages:
Proficiency in
English (written & spoken) .
