This role requires candidates with a strong background in M&A advisory, Financial Advisory, Technical Advisory, or investment.Key Responsibilities:Develop in-depth knowledge of policies, regulations, and market trends regarding BESS projects in Italy.Identify key stakeholders and potential clients through local regulatory bodies, industry associations, IPPs, EPCs, and other asset owners to understand their needs in BESS. Generate leads and pipelines.Work with clients to help them understand the business rationale and investment opportunities of BESS projects.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide customized technical and commercial solutions during the bidding phase of the MACSE program in Italy.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential M&A targets.Conduct financial analysis and coordinate due diligence for M&A opportunities, including risk assessment and valuations.Support negotiations, structuring, and execution of transactions to ensure favourable outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams (product, solutions, BD, legal, finance, sales) and external advisors (legal firms, financial advisors) to support M&A deals.Qualifications:7-10 years of experience in renewable energy asset transactions, with a relevant role in M&A, financial advisory, technical advisory, investment banking, etc.Proven track record in closing transactions (preferably with 50M+ deal sizes) and executing deals (due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and closing).Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic vision, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and maintain a customer-focused approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
