Belong. Impact.About the role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join ourBusiness Development team, focusing onGlobal Compliance and Reporting (GCR). This role will support the development and delivery of GCR solutions, coordinate cross-border proposals, and drive global client engagements.Your mission:StrategySupport the development and implementation of global business development strategies for GCR servicesContribute to the monitoring and analysis of BD performance metrics and KPIsSupport the GCR country teams in searching and identifying new business opportunities for our Global compliance and reporting services - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and services.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and client targeting initiatives.Actively contribute to the GCR communityCollaborate with the Marketing Communications teamSupport the development of a strong, scalable client onboarding frameworkOperationalManage the preparation of commercial proposals and RFPs for multinational clientsCoordinate input collection from country teams and service line expertsPrepare high-quality client-facing materials and internal presentationsMaintain BD databases, pipelines, and tracking toolsCreate and maintain client-facing materials and internal presentationsLead the transition process of accounting and financial compliance services following a successful proposal (from pursuit to hypercare phase), ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectationsOrganize and facilitate client kick-off meetings and onboarding sessionsAct as project lead during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with client expectationsCollaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure seamless service implementation and proper understanding of client-specific compliance requirementsYour profile:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or professional servicesSolid understanding of accounting principlesand financial processes, with the ability to support and drive client transitions of accounting/financial functions.Strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on quality and clarity.Proactive and collaborative mindset; comfortable working in international and cross-cultural environmentsFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusWhat do we offer:Permanent full-time contractHybrid working model (2 days of remote/week)Flexible compensation plan (restaurants, transportation, nursery)Health life insuranceInternational and young environmentFruit, coffee and snack always available at our officeInclusion and Diversity:At Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.We believe in equal opportunities, and we are committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the professional environment; for this reason, the incorporation of people with an accreditable disability equal to or greater than 33% will be positively valued.
