As the FinOps Programme Lead IT Service Owner, you will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of FinOps tooling solutions and end-to-end management of FinOps-related IT services, ensuring cloud financial management solutions are effectively delivered, maintained, and continuously improved.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, cloud cost optimization, or FinOps.
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
- Program Management: Proven track record of leading technical programs, stakeholder management, and driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at various levels of the organization.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.
- IT Service Management: Experience in ITIL frameworks, incident management, and service delivery within cloud environments

As the FinOps Programme Lead IT Service Owner, you will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of FinOps tooling solutions and end-to-end management of FinOps-related IT services, ensuring cloud financial management solutions are effectively delivered, maintained, and continuously improved.
