For our Showroom in Milan we are looking for a senior Visual Merchandiser (for maternity cover).
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintain consistency with the companys image through regular communication via email/chat
- Convey the importance of visual merchandising to boutiques and share updates with local VM, Store Manager and Team Managers
- Pop up, window installation and special events
- New opening , tools orders and Vm allocation
- Creation of the VM guidelines
- Partnership with corporate store planning team to achieve visual merchandising operational objectives by working routinely to coordinate merchandising plans, action plans, and small fixture update
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors and Masters degree preferably with art/design/fashion/visual merchandising focus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within Fashion/Luxury industry
- Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Indesign)
- Strong aesthetics sense and familiarity with the luxury world
- Excellent organizational skills
