PURPOSE:This position is responsible for leading the accounting regulations department, ensuring the correct application of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) policies and norms. This role involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of financial reports in compliance with global standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and ensure the alignment of all accounting activities with IFRS standards.Supervise the collection, review, and preparation of individual and consolidated financial information.Ensure the correct interpretation and application of IFRS standards in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.Lead the adoption of new accounting standards and their replication across different businessesDevelop and maintain relationships with regulatory entities and other financial organizations
REQUIRED:5+ years
of experience in Financial Reporting or a similar roleProfessional certification in IFRSAbility to lead international projects and manage the complexity of global financial operationsBachelor''s degree in Finance, or a related field.Masters in finance or accountingFluency in English
