As a Solution Consultant dedicated to some of our product lines, your main tasks will include:Providing expertise on solutions and demonstrating their value during the presales phase through presentations and demonstrations.Working closely with Key Account Executives to define relevant strategies for each client.Assisting clients in setting up pilots within their stores.Adapting existing configurations in collaboration with internal technical departments for solution installation.Participating actively in tenders.Training client teams on how to use the solutions and sharing best practices.Proactively monitoring newly installed stores through regular follow-ups with clients.Qualifications:We are looking for:Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, preferably within the retail industry.Knowledge of the retail world is highly appreciated.Motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish good relationships at all levels within the company as well as with clients.Proactive by nature.Ability to communicate fluently in writing and orally in English and Italian.Additional Information:We innovate.
