Your Mission - Corporate M&A Lawyer
- Lead strategic transactions: Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A deals, ensuring efficient structuring and execution.
- Work with global clients: Represent an array of prestigious international clients, offering tailor-made legal solutions.
- Draft, review & negotiate: Handle shareholder agreements, SPAs, and complex contractual documents.
- Be a regulatory point of contact: Manage interactions with local authorities and ensure compliance at every step.
- Grow with the firm: Take an active role in business development and contribute to the firm''s visibility on the market.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years as a Luxembourg-qualified (List II) lawyer, with significant experience in corporate law and M&A.
- Master''s degree in Law, CCDL
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or German is a definite asset.
- Proactive, meticulous, and confident in negotiation. You are adaptable and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
