The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Presales phase to assess the customer site, agreeing on project scope, project risk timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of the project cost
- Verifying agreeing on the project objectives and formulating the project plan with all project stakeholders based on the contract
- Following the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close and monitor control the project;
- Driving compliance to applicable regulations (Quality Regulatory/Health Safety) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project
- Definition of the risks (project related), issues and changes of the project and development of scenarios to respond to these.
- Management of internal external resources, the project budget, communication to all stakeholders, planning, quality, customer acceptance, a transition to service, project evaluation
Qualifications
- min bachelor''s degree and 2-3 years of equivalent experience in healthcare sector or constriction company
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Good English writing and communication skills
