Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis resource will primarily provide technical and functional support for purchased applications like Clarify, SYSPRO and EDI etc... In addition to the support, this resource will also provide continuous development, maintenance and customization support for all the components related to those applications. Will work cross functionally with other teams with which the primary applications interface. Work with business users directly to troubleshoot and resolve application related issues.**To apply for this position, please use the following URL**:Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required5+ years of experience in leading a development/support team, taking ownership of multiple applications/portfolio in an ADM engagement.- 5+ years of working in a cross matrix /cross platform dynamic environment. Ability to understand integrations, work/process flows and work with multiple teams to drive problems to closure.- 3+ years of experience in developing/supporting windows/web based applications using Microsoft technologies- 3 + years of experience in developing applications using Visual Basic, JAVA, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML- 3+ years of experience using Oracle, SQL Server databases(Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Packages, SSIS, SSRS.. and other database concepts)- 2+ Years of hands-on experience using PERL, PHP, UNIX environment and UNIX/Windows/Perl scripting.- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in developing/supporting COLDFUSION web applications- Any knowledge on Gentran/EDI concepts is a plus- Any knowledge on SYSPRO ERP system is a plus- Very good troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills- Ability to create and maintain user guides and other technical documents
