Were seeking for a HRAdministration & Payroll Specialist who brings a strong blendof technical expertise in payroll administration and a proactivemindset that foster a collaborative team environment. Sharpanalytical skills are essential to navigate the complexities ofpayroll, contracts and benefits and to prevent and handle anylabour issues. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, integrityand discretion are crucial. The ideal joiner has: - At least 6/8years experience in similar role, preferably in multinational orconsulting environment, - In-depth expertise of the personneladministration & management related activities, - A deepunderstanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNLregulations, - A proven track record of hands-on experience inlegal compliance related to payroll & benefits processes, -Excellent team worker, with employee & colleague centricmindset, - Degree in HR, Legal or Economics, - Italian languageknowledge is a must to have; English language proficiency is alsorequired (at least C1), - Capable Microsoft Office Package user(especially Word and Excel). Do you have the skills, experience andpersonal qualities we at Savills are looking for, please Apply nowand we would love to hear from you >> What you will beresponsible for? - Oversee all activities related to the personneladministration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy,correct timing and application of legal obligations, - Provideemployees and external consultants with reliable information andcoordinate the communication flows related to employment, payroll,benefits, corporate policy and labour regulations; - Oversee thecontracts and documentation relating to the hiring, onboarding andoffboarding (letters of employment, extensions, transformations,disciplinary and exit agreements), - Manage relations with labourand payroll provider for the processing of payrolls andfulfilments, being their point of reference for any type ofcommunication and comparison, - Process workforce lifecycle changesand data entry such as personal data, employment contracts,compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuringaccuracy in HR and attendance systems, - Supervise alladministrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays,illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordancewith our CCNL, - Support the Head of HR in monitoring the evolutionand planning of the workforce, the elaboration of the budget andforecast of labour costs and the analysis of the relative variancesin the final balance phase, the bonus calculation and payment andrelated documentation pack.
