Our partner, a worldwide known pharmaceutical companyspecialised in micronuclear medecine to treat cancer, is nowlooking for an (OT) System Engineer. In this role, you will beresponsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintainingOT infrastructures to ensure the secure and efficient operation ofindustrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments.The role requires as well international collaboration with IT andoperational teams to ensure system reliability, security, andcompliance with their industry standards. Key responsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs,Dcs, and other industrial control systems Develop and implement OTnetwork architectures, ensuring integration with IT networks wherenecessary Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize OT systems forperformance and security Conduct risk assessments and implementcybersecurity measures to protect OT infrastructure Work closelywith IT and operational teams to align OT strategies with businessobjectives Work closely with IT to integrate AI in the solutionlandscape Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST,IEC 62443, and ISO 27001 Maintain and update system documentation,including network diagrams, configurations, and policies Providetechnical support and training to plant operators and maintenanceteams Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and backupstrategies Collaborate with vendors and third-party serviceproviders for system enhancements and troubleshootingQualifications Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field Provenexperience in OT, industrial control systems, or automationengineering Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, Hmis, Dcs, and otherindustrial automation technologies Experience with OT cybersecurityframeworks and risk management methodologies Familiarity withindustrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus,and Ethernet/IP Understanding of networking concepts, includingVLANs, Firewalls, and remote access solutions Excellenttroubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong documentation andcommunication abilities Ability to work in an industrialenvironment and respond to emergencies as needed Certificationssuch as CISSP, Gicsp, ISA/IEC 62443, or CCNA Industrial Experiencein industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, ortransportation Knowledge of cloud-based OT solutions and industrialIoT technologies Offer Our partner is looking for a contractor fora long-term assignment with an ideal start date in July 2025.
