A client of mine based in Spain is currently looking for a Structural Compliance Verification Engineer to join them on a contract basis for current and future work packages.
Essential Skills:3+ years experience in structural and FEM analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue and damage tolerance)Experience with Catia V5 and Hyperworks (or FEM equivalent FEM software)English Speaking Skills
Desired Skills:Knowledge in EASA Part 21J and certification basis would be beneficialSpanish speaking skills are good to have
Job Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis and compliance verification for metallic and composite aircraft structures, covering static, dynamic, fatigue, and damage toleranceDevelop and validate FEM models using Hyperworks (or equivalent) and support results with analytical hand calculationsPrepare compliance documentation and stress reports in line with EASA Part 21J requirementsCollaborate with design teams to provide structural input and propose design improvementsReview and approve structural drawings and technical documents for certification complianceSupport technical reviews and liaise with CVEs and authorities as neededManage analysis work packages, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
