The Integrated Communication Leaddevelops promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns,adapting them to the specific channels requirements. He/sheexecutes digital campaign analyses based on objectives and needsstated by Brand Managers. Based on the Marketing plan, he/sheimplements communication activities to enhance visibility forcompany and brand projects to internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities : - Develops promotional materials based onMarketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specificrequirements of each channel; - Ensures that the developedpromotional materials are of high quality, effectively andefficiently conveying the intended messages; - Supports BrandManagers in cross activities related to social media properties andwebsites for Primary Care Brands, including domains and hosting; -Executes analyses of digital campaigns based on the objectives andneeds of brands stated by Brand Managers; - Implementscommunication activities to enhance the visibility of company andbrand projects to both internal and external stakeholders, based onplans approved by the Head of Marketing; - Manages and supervisesthe cross functional team dedicated to digital and graphic design,guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards thedefined objectives; - Proactively interacts with Drug Safety inreporting suspected adverse reactions; - Knows the legal,deontological and business rules that govern the activities forwhich they are responsible, and act in accordance with them.Qualifications : - Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Economics orscientific disciplines; - Experience in a similar role, preferablyin the pharmaceutical/life-science sector; - At least 3 years ofextensive work experience within a digital / marketing department;Required Skills : - Fluent English and good knowledge of major ITtools and applications; - Excellent knowledge of social media,content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis; - Interestin following the new trends of e-commerce, technology and digitalmarketing in general; - In-depth knowledge of individual socialchannels and best practices for building and monitoring theirperformance; - Knowledge of the main productivity and collaborationtools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
