Mandatory Skills:
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools in cloud-native environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep to automate cloud resource provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell (preferred) or other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate infrastructure management tasks.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning of complex distributed systems in production environments.
- Proficient in monitoring and log management tools (Azure Monitor, DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix or similar).
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced level English. Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with database administration, particularly with MS SQL Server, Azure SQL MI.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing release pipelines and deployment strategies in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Experience with deploying and managing IIS websites and SSL certificates in cloud-hosted environments.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- A big plus - Experience with MLOps tools and platforms, such as Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, or similar, to deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with Kafka, and other distributed systems technologies for high-performance, fault-tolerant applications.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and how they integrate into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience with Cost Management and Optimization in Azure to manage resource usage and reduce costs effectively.
