Social network you want to login/join with:Mission: The Field Services Coordinator/Planner is responsible for scheduling the execution of Field Services operations at customer sites. This role ensures that all parts, tools, instructions, and order details are available to the workforce and that the closest, qualified Field Service Representative (FSR) is scheduled to meet customer requirements and optimize Schneider workforce utilization. The role requires strong communication skills as it involves interaction with end customers.Responsibilities include:Checking and enriching Work Orders in bridge Field Services (bFS) or other Schneider systems, including details like urgency, requested date, customer info, scope of work, T&C, and time to execute.Preparing and prioritizing interventions based on customer type, contracts with SLAs, customer availability, spare parts, and FSR/subcontractor availability.Assigning work orders for at least the next 3 months, balancing customer requirements, material delivery, and FSR availability, while maximizing utilization and minimizing travel, idle time, and overtime.Proactively communicating with customers and FSRs about intervention details, constraints, and reminders.Monitoring the execution of interventions, rescheduling or canceling if needed, supporting FSRs remotely, and maintaining data quality in Work Orders.For external technicians, completing work orders on their behalf.Participating in regular meetings with the Field Services Execution team to build improvement plans based on dashboards.Qualifications for success include:Associate degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years).Proficiency in MS Office applications.Excellent analytical skills and being a self-starter and quick learner.Good communication and public speaking skills.Experience in Customer Care Center.Strong interpersonal skills.Understanding of scope of work, T&C, and FSR utilization impact on profit and loss.Proactive customer communication skills.Basic technical knowledge of Schneider products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
