Spokesperson for Skyguide, leading a small team
Crisis Communications process owner and lead
Representing the view of Media relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team
Organises proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighbouring countries when appropriate
Acting as a project owner, manager, or participant in various projects within the company
Analyzing customer needs and respond to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners and the public
Ensures key messaging for topics of public interest is documented and up to date, is the interface between other major aviation partner and customers (airlines, airports, Government and others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts
Trains internal spokespeople
As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contributes to strategic work of the department
Degree in communication, economics or business administration
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations
Preferably profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes
Fluent in German, French and English, written and spoken
Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
