Working alongside Product, Design, Economy, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-game events, features, and offers that improve player experience and business performance.Support the planning and execution of the live content calendar, including events and offersAnalyze player behavior and game data to identify trends and opportunities for growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that meets both player needs and business goalsWork closely with economy and game design to ensure progression systems remain balanced and rewardingMonitor performance of features and events, and recommend improvements based on data and player feedbackAssist in developing product documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for key initiativesContribute to competitive analysis and help build business cases for new content and featuresSupport testing and experimentation efforts to validate product hypothesesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in product management, ideally within free-to-play mobile games or live service gamesStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisionsUnderstanding of core F2P mechanics, player retention strategies, and monetization best practicesCollaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and disciplinesExcellent communication and organizational skillsA passion for games and player-centric thinkingBonus PointsExperience with live operations or event management in a mobile gameFamiliarity with game economy design or behavioral segmentationExposure to CRM tools or player personalization systemsKnowledge of the Star Trek universe or sci-fi genre gamesAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
