Join to apply for the Digital E-commerce Buyer role at Golden GooseWe are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.The candidate will join the Digital Team, located in Milan.The Digital E-commerce Buyer will report directly to the WW Digital Store Manager, contributing to the definition and execution of a 360 E-Commerce merchandising approach across all regions, with a focus on cross-channel (web & app) and market-specific needs.The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the buying process, including managing OTB, assortment planning, data reporting, and merchandising strategy for the Digital channel.Main Responsibilities:Develop an online merchandise strategy in collaboration with Digital, Buying, Merchandising, and Brand teams on seasonal merchandise themes.Define the right assortment and manage the catalogue to achieve KPIs, respecting the financial OTB and sales plan, aligned with the company''s strategy.Prepare merchandising and performance reports and PPT presentations weekly to optimize buying, reorders, and measure customer behavior for data-driven decisions.Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities and categories with a qualitative perspective.Prepare buying reports, forecasts, and budget updates based on the financial OTB.Monitor the online catalogue, ensure stock coverage, and replenish daily.Lead product merchandising rules across the site, including Menu, Homepage, Landing and Listing pages, carousel, and slider based on inventory, marketing calendar, and key launches.Monitor the online business to achieve sales targets and assist with initiatives and opportunities for the E-Commerce channel.Collaborate on defining the commercial calendar launches with Digital, Merchandising, Retail, and Brand Teams.Support producers in defining seasonal shot lists and monitor progress collaboratively with Digital, Merchandising, and Brand Teams.Attend product training, proto, and sample reviews with the Merchandising and Buying Teams.Coordinate weekly meetings with regional Digital and Merchandising Teams.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).Advanced Excel and analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze, and report on sales and inventory KPIs, with strong attention to detail.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledgeable about markets, competitors, industry trends.Result-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of priorities.Open-minded, curious, proactive, determined, and problem-solving attitude.Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and effective communication across teams and regions.Agile and flexible regarding changing priorities and business needs, working well with diverse teams.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProductionIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-18808-Ljbffr
