Technical Application Manager Freelance For an insurance client, we are looking for a Technical Application Manager to support daily operations across business-critical applications. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely ticket follow-up, hands-on problem-solving, and proper documentation of solutions and processes. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site, focused on operational support, coordination, and minor technical changes. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and ticketing systems is required. A background in troubleshooting and a proactive mindset are essential. Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on support tickets via ticketing system, email, or phone. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve incidents and service requests. Coordinate planning of changes with suppliers; test changes when applicable. Document solutions, incidents, and related procedures. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Profile: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams administration. Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365. Familiar with Jira and Confluence. Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus. Affinity with Azure and API integrations is an advantage. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
