About This Role

• Supporting the Director of Retail Operations;
• Developing strategic plans for sales, marketing, and revenue within the assigned region;
• Managing personnel and operational needs of multiple stores;
• Overseeing monthly plans for the region;
• Participating in the recruitment process;
• Contributing to and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives;
• Ensuring store goals are met;
• Exploring and proposing new business opportunities;
• Participating in various projects.
