As a Research Leader, you will be part of our Technical Research Team, shaping the HVAC solutions of the future.
You will operatively lead internal research projects and external cooperation, being responsible for the smooth flow of all the projects activities. You will act as a link between the project team and external stakeholders to guarantee the correct info processing and transferring.
As a senior thermodynamic, you will use your technical expertise where needed in all the project phases, digging deeply into the technical aspects.
Your main tasks will be:
- Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical part
- Use your technical knowledge to breakdown the technical problems and assign sub tasks to team members
- Motivate and engage team members in accomplishing the project tasks and meeting the deadline
- Reporting to Research Manager the project activities, proactively discussing bottlenecks and projects risk
A possible picture of the candidate is:
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written is a must
- Capability of thinking outside the box
- Good attitude in both operative work and leading people
- Good empathy approach and relation-based work
- Experience in HVAC&R field will be primarily considered, but is not a must
- PhD will be definitely considered, but is not a must
