Our client, a well-established international chamberof commerce based in Brussels, is looking for a motivated anddetail-oriented Payroll Officer to join their HR team. As part of asmall but dynamic structure, you will play a key role in theday-to-day payroll and HR administration. This is a greatopportunity for someone who thrives in a multicultural environmentand enjoys working with accuracy and autonomy. Responsibilities asa Payroll Officer: Ensure the accurate and timely processing ofpayroll for employees in Belgium Be the point of contact forpayroll-related questions from employees Liaise with the externalpayroll provider (e.g. Partena) to ensure data integrity Maintainemployee records and ensure compliance with local sociallegislation Assist with HR administrative tasks such as contracts,insurance, and benefits Support the HR team with onboarding andgeneral employee queries Profile for a Payroll Officer: You haveproven experience in payroll processing, ideally in Belgium You arefluent in German with a good command of French, English and/orDutch You are detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handleconfidential information You are proactive, organized, and capableof managing priorities independently Familiarity with Partena or asimilar payroll provider is a strong asset Good knowledge of Exceland HR tools is expected Offer for Payroll Officer: A temporarycontract of 6 months, with potential for permanent hire Full-timeposition (38h/week) In...
