At present, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Process Manager (f/m/d) who drives Commercial Management across our sites and supports the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles.
- Drive the development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations in close collaboration with the Business Unit management and the local Commercial Managers and Managing Directors
- Clarify, harmonise and facilitate implementation of standard processes throughout the Business Unit with special focus on costing & pricing, cost adjustment models and pro-active and re-active margin management
- Promote regular exchange between operations and sales to drive business development analysis
- Support decision making for major business decisions by providing meaningful simulations and scenario analysis
- Support major customer tender processes across operations
- Support development and implementation of inter-company pricing policy
- University degree (or similar) in business or process engineering
- 3-5 years work experience with exposure to manufacturing / converting industries, e.g. in advisory or consultancy roles
- Strong comprehension skills of business & industrial processes, ability to simplify and focus on key business and profitability drivers
- Strong communication and convincing skills with excellent command of English
- Affinity to numbers and accuracy
- Willingness to travel
- Performance based pay minimum salary of 60.000 with possibility of overpayment based on experience
