What Youll Do
As part of a small, agile team (2 developers, 1 QA, 1 PM, 1 Lead Dev), youll be:Building backend services (Windows Services, no UI) that drive our money transfer engineCreating solutions to handle transactional processing, scheduled jobs, and ad-hoc requests
Collaborating across teams from DevOps and DBAs to Business Analysts and other developer squads
Owning your code, from development to deployment and support (during regular hours only thanks to our global team coverage)These systems are core to our operation, and while they may not be flashy, theyre vital, resilient, and deeply technical.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience with .NET C# and object-oriented programming
Solid SQL skills, especially with stored procedures
2+ years of experience with REST API integrations
Strong communication skills in Spanish and good command in English and a team-oriented mindset
Bonus Points:Experience with multithreading
Familiarity with SOAP APIs
Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Understanding of application lifecycle and production support
