As a (Demi) Chef de Rang of The White Room, you have a passion for fine dining and exceptional service. In this role you will be responsible for the following;
Ensure all preparatory work is completed to the highest standards for seamless service;
Serve dishes with expertly paired wines;

The name The White Room is derived from the historical name of the room De Witte Zaal, the name that was given to the restaurant when it first opened in 1885. The team that carries out his vision in Amsterdam is led by Chef de Cuisine Tristan de Boer.
Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-star restaurant;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
A proactive and innovative approach to service;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
