Kronos Group is looking for a Junior Buyer to join a dynamic procurement team on a 3-month assignment for one of our clients, a leading international banking institution. This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in operational procurement within the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:Support the purchasing team in the execution of day-to-day procurement activities , including purchase order creation, follow-up, and validation.Handle supplier communication to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.Assist in the coordination of deliveries and logistics follow-up , including internal tracking and documentation.Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of procurement records in relevant tools and systems.Monitor and report on order statuses, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement operations with project timelines and requirements .Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration , or a related field.Good command of Excel (basic to intermediate level).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and work in a structured, process-driven environment .Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.Prior internship or short-term experience in procurement is a plus.
