The successful candidate will demonstrate an adventurous spirit to work in India and will be responsible for managing a luxury branded furniture store as Design Director, as well as building and managing a design studio. This role offers the opportunity to grow into the position of All India Design Director. Requirements: Experience with a minimum of 100 high-end residential projects designed and executed Fluency in English Ability to manage a 5000 SQM luxury branded furniture store as Design Director and to build and manage a design studio, leading teams of resources Willingness to travel to client sites as required and to curate interiors by selecting brands represented in the store Availability to work 6 days a week Availability to relocate to Bangalore, India Preference will be given to candidates from Italy, Spain, UK, USA, or Australia with experience in luxury interior design Core Competencies: Knowledge of Indian conditions Adventurous spirit to work in India Self-organized and focused on problem-solving and goal achievement within deadlines Strong technical skills, creativity, and good people management abilities Ability to work under pressure, with good analytical and communication skills Location: Bangalore, India Contractual Details: Local contract with benefits including two trips back home (30 days each), good residential accommodation, company car and driver. #LI-CC1 Wyser is a global brand specializing in the search and selection of managerial and executive profiles, part of Gi Group Holding, Italy''s leading multinational HR services and consulting company.
