About the Role
We are looking for a technical lead to oversee our full retail tech ecosystem, including e-commerce (B2C & B2B), in-store POS systems, and all backend integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and evolution of the platforms that power both our online and physical retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for all retail-facing systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Oversee architecture and development of e-commerce platforms (B2C and B2B), POS solutions, and retail apps.
- Lead integration efforts between e-Commerce, POS, ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, and loyalty tools to enable a seamless omnichannel setup.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product owners, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage external tech partners and agencies, aligning on business priorities and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Stay ahead of new retail technologies and assess their potential to drive innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years in a similar role in the retail industry (fashion or sportswear is a plus).
- Experience with Shopify Plus (preferred) or similar enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.
- Strong experience leading technical discussions with developers and solution architects.
- Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints, making smart trade-offs when needed.
- Solid project management skills; able to deliver on time and within budget.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in plain language.
