You will be based in our Milan office as part of our Private Capital practice.Our practice is the world''s leading advisor to the Private Capital industry and a high-growth area for the firm, working with many significant global and local private investors and their portfolio companies. Unlike the generalist business analyst role, this position focuses exclusively on serving investor clients and their portfolio companies, providing exposure to a wide variety of sectors and functional levers.Minimum requirements include:Master''s degree in economics, finance, management engineering, mathematics, or statistics with an outstanding academic record.Interest in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital environments.Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment at all organizational levels.Capability to independently drive workstreams within broader team projects.Comfort with ambiguous and changing situations.Strong quantitative problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills in both Italian and English, verbally and in writing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
