Position Summary
As a Global Data Driven Marketing Manager , you will define new strategies to help our brands unlock value from consumer data through rewarding experiences across paid and owned channels. You will collaborate with stakeholders across categories, zones, and markets to develop data strategies and work closely with Nestl IT and internal marketing services (IMS) to build capabilities for scalable value delivery.

A Day in the Life of a Global Data Driven Marketing Manager
- Lead development of global audience methodologies within Brand Building the Nestl Way (BBNW), including training the marketing community and integrating new frameworks.
- Support global media transformation by developing and deploying digital media standards, collaborating with platform partners, agencies, and internal experts to maximize value.
- Create a learning agenda to evolve standards and develop capability-building programs for stakeholders.
- Implement measurement and analytics programs to monitor adherence to digital standards, including automated dashboards and audit processes in partnership with procurement.
- Support ad technology foundations to ensure data quality across the organization.
- Drive the AI roadmap for media execution to enhance digital media investments globally.
What will make you successful
- 10+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, either in an agency, consultancy, or as a global advertiser.
- Experience in complex CPG environments or serving CPG clients.
- Strong project management skills in an international setting.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (e.g., GMP, Meta Ads Manager) or marketing technology solutions (e.g., CDPs, CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proven ability to manage multiple categories and geographies for global advertisers.
