In this key role, you will manage order flows, coordinate with factories, support international shipping, and contribute to operational projects across multiple brands and markets. Most importantly, you will serve as a reliable partner to our B2B customersdistributors, retailers, and government agenciesensuring they receive the service, communication, and support they need at every step.

THE ROLE

These are exciting times for IBG as we continue to grow and add new brands. With phased rollouts through different channels, our back office is experiencing an increasing workload. To support our expanding business, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and committed full-time colleague who will play a key role in the operational process, from order management to vendor management, the international shipping of goods, and operational projects. You are the first point of contact for our customers, which can be distributors, large retailers or government agencies.

MAIN FOCUS AREAS

Order management & customer service (B2B)

As the first point of contact for our customers, which can be distributors, large retailers or government agencies across the globe, you will ensure smooth order processing and effective communication throughout the entire order journey.


Supply chain coordination

Focus on optimising internal processes, production timelines, and vendor management to ensure smooth product flow.

International import, export and shipping

Working with factories to ensure shipments meet customer expectations.

Projects and general administration

Beyond daily operations, this role includes contributing to ongoing business projects and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational background at MBO level 4 or higher, or equivalent level of thinking and working

4 to 10 years of experience in an operational or logistics role, including order processing and customer service, with solid knowledge of international trade

Excellent communication skills in English, bot
